Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) begin processing the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that deliveries to non-contiguous states or remote areas may require additional transit time.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
If your purchase includes a pre-order or backorder item, your order will ship once the item becomes available. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page whenever possible.
